The translated version preserves the original layout of the document in the target language. For non-editable formats like JPEG, the project manager will collaborate with you to determine the best approach for translating the content.

A project manager manages a translation Project and oversees the specificities, deadlines, language requirements, adherence to guidelines, and overall quality of the translation with the client.

The actual translation work is carried out by native speakers of target languages, ensuring the document's translation and cultural localization.

If the premium option is selected during the quoting process, an additional translator will proofread the final document to enhance its quality and accuracy.

Prices

The cost of a translation is based on the total number of unique words in the document. You can determine the word count by uploading your document to our instant quote panel, which will automatically analyze and count the words for you. Alternatively, you can submit your files through our contact form.

Once we receive your document, your project manager will reach out to confirm the pricing and project details before the translation.

Several factors, including the number of words, target languages, document format, and specific requirements such as SEO translations and Character Limits, influence the cost of Multilingual Translations.

To receive an instant quote, simply upload your document using our online quote tool, which automatically counts the words and calculates the price. You can also send us your files through our contact form or email, and our team will quickly get back to you with a detailed quote.

Our minimum order threshold is set at 5 € per language. If your project’s total cost falls below this amount, a flat rate of 5 € per language will be applied.

Our payment process is straightforward and managed directly by the project manager. Once the project’s guidelines and structure are established, our translators complete the work and submit it for delivery. The project manager then compiles the translations and presents them to the client for approval. Upon approval, an invoice is issued. The client is expected to pay the invoiced amount upon accepting the delivered translations.

The invoice payment deadline is established during the initial contract terms discussion with your Project Manager.
